Whitehouse-Snitch-Detector--60920

UPDATE: Rumor has it that Panetta was against the politicization of the CIA interrogations, in fact and inside source stated a shouting match at the White House between Panetta and Obama’s stable of attorneys was about his vehement disagreement with Holder performing this investigation. Mr. Panetta also is rumored to be strongly considering resigning his post over this flap. Until more facts are provided, all content about Panettas involvement listed below are redacted and Mr Panetta has obtained a get out of jail free card until further notice.

Now that the Obama administrations polls are in a free fall over his rampant spending and health care debacle, quick and decisive action was required to stop the rats from leaving the ship. How better to distract and divert the attention of the American people than to, you guessed it, ATTACK THE PREVIOUS ADMINISTRATION! In a blatantly obvious political move Obama and his minion Leon Panetta have decided their ace in the hole is to regurgitate the perceived sins of George Bush. Or as the New York Post puts it, ” How best for President Obama to re claim a left-wing base grown restive over what it sees as administration backtracking on health-care reform? Simple: Declare war on the CIA”.

This administration appears to either forget or deny that we are a Nation at war, also lost is the fact that Nancy Pelosi and the intelligence committee were, have been and are aware of the situation they now want to politicize! Least we forget, Pelosi’s cover story on the issue, rather than step up and take the heat Pelosi chose to lie like a two year old with her hand in the cookie jar and state, “the CIA lied to me”!

All this political muckraking of an issue that was reviewed not once but on four different occasions as to it’s legality of which the findings were reviewed with the intelligence committee, the democratic party and the beyond left MoveOn organization want there pound of flesh from the Bush team, and most importantly Cheney. In pursuing this agenda, they are also looking to prosecute the individuals who were following the orders of there superiors. Now the Democrats and Eric Holder (Obamas neutered Pit Bull) have stated they will not prosecute the individuals at the field level, who believes them?

Obama and Rham the Bomb both said and I quote, “it’s time to look forward, Obama”, “it’s time for reflection not retribution, Obama”. and “the individuals involved will not be prosecuted, R. Emanuel”. Now that the Obama team has sufficiently distanced itself, late last week with Obamas team scrambling for a diversion the issue was once again floated but this time, the decision to take action was squarely put in the lap of Eric Holder. Unless you are totally blind to the facts this action can be seen as nothing more that a continuation of Chicago attack and divert politics, to save there political skins.

It is important to note the medias complicity in this propaganda, in the prevalent style of shock journalism, the headlines read, “CIA Interrogation tapes found” CBS, CIA used inhumane tactics, MSNBC”, and “Waterboarding Interrogations the CIA’s $1000 a day specialists”. You get the picture, but what is different this time is the overt assistance by the appointed CIA director Leon Panetta, who not only floated the KNOW balloon to the intelligence committee, but put in writing his excuse for doing so, http://www.foxnews.com/politics/2009/08/24/raw-data-panetta-letter-cia-staff-release-interrogation-report.

The byproduct of this emasculation of our front line efforts are clear, Americas war on terror must first pass the ACLU test, then the brain trust of Harvard attorneys of the Obama team. Furthermore Obama went to great lengths to create his own task force, the Interrogation and Transfer Policy Task Force, which created the unit responsible for future interrogations the High Value Interrogation Group. This new unit will “formally strip the C.I.A. of its primary role in questioning high-level detainees, but agency officials said they would continue to play a substantial role” states the New York times. This new unit stated “all interrogations would comply with guidelines contained in the Army Field Manual, which outlaws the use of physical force. The group will study interrogation methods, however, and may add additional noncoercive methods in the future”.

It is proven that the previous methods regardless of how they are judged worked, and the snippets of information about the methods used to gain this valuable information are debatable, but the result that we have not been attacked since 9/11 are clear, this fact cannot be twisted for political gain. We live in a brutal world, and at times the people of the United States hold a false sense of security as to our individual safety. The class or groups of individuals who wish us harm have no rules, they mean to do us harm in anyway possible, I for one do not want to go to a gun fight with a knife, but it appears this administration will go to any length to push there agenda even so far as risking the lives of it’s constituents!

With all the focus on health care I thought it was topical that I bring my extensive background in medicine to weigh in on the course of events. Seeing as how I have read about twenty seven and a half pages of the health care bill, and listened, evenhandedly I might add to the pundits on both the right and left, I feel confident in issuing my diagnosis.

Our country is being led to destruction by a group of raving NARCISSIST’S, and the fight is being led by the king of kings, the purveyor of pride, the nemesis of nouns, President Obama the Napoleon of our time! Take a look at some of the wisdom of the “little man” “A Constitution should be short and obscure”, “A man will fight harder for his interests than for his rights”, “Ability is nothing without opportunity”, and lastly, “Among those who dislike oppression are many who like to oppress”. Do these Napoleon quotes sound familiar?

Why should this concern us, well just look at the Mayo Clinics definition and symptoms of the disease.

“When you have narcissistic personality disorder, you may come across as conceited, boastful or pretentious. You often monopolize conversations. You may belittle or look down on people you perceive as inferior. You may have a sense of entitlement. And when you don’t receive the special treatment to which you feel entitled, you may become very impatient or angry. You may also seek out others you think have the same special talents, power and qualities — people you see as equals. You may insist on having “the best” of everything — the best car, athletic club, medical care or social circles, for instance”.

HMMM, UTTTT OHHHH, boastful, yes, monopolize conversations, yes, look down on people, yes, sense of entitlement, hell yes, impatient or angry, “you betcha ya”, it all fits, and all these symptoms are here for us to witness on a daily basis, we have a mad man at the helm, and he has surrounded himself with people who “you think have the same special talents, power and qualities” AS YOU!

What does our president and his followers do when they don’t get there way, could it be???? “Underneath all this grandiosity often lies a very fragile self-esteem. You have trouble handling anything that may be perceived as criticism. You may have a sense of secret shame and humiliation. And in order to make yourself feel better, you may react with rage or contempt and efforts to belittle the other person to make yourself appear better”.

Rage and the fear of social injustice is driving the engine of the Obama machine, they attack on every front, from every direction, both covertly and overtly to get there way, when in this pathology they fail to see these actions as not healthy, it is second nature for the narcissist to think he/she is right and the rest of the world is just either not smart enough or misinformed. Look at the below symptoms and keep in the back of your mind Obama, and all politicians for that matter, but most of all think Chicago politics and see if you can match the dots.

* Believing that you’re better than others

* Fantasizing about power, success and attractiveness

* Exaggerating your achievements or talents

* Expecting constant praise and admiration

* Believing that you’re special

* Failing to recognize other people’s emotions and feelings

* Expecting others to go along with your ideas and plans

* Taking advantage of others

* Expressing disdain for those you feel are inferior

* Being jealous of others

* Believing that others are jealous of you

* Trouble keeping healthy relationships

* Setting unrealistic goals

* Being easily hurt and rejected

* Having a fragile self-esteem

* Appearing as tough-minded or unemotional OMG!!!!!!

What did you get I have 15 out of 16, (gave him the benefit of the doubt on “being jealous of others”, I think he feels no jealousy he is the messiah!)

What to do, what to do? The last thing our nation can do is to bow to anyone who’s own self interests outweigh the best interests of the people. Stay vigilant, be vocal, my friends, we are living the biggest power grab in history, and as said by Lewis H. Lapham “As individuals and as a nation, we now suffer from social narcissism. The beloved Echo of our ancestors, the virgin America, has been abandoned. We have fallen in love with our own image, with images of our making, which turn out to be images of ourselves.”

Tighten your bustles, straighten your bow ties, the Obama dance crew is busy at work changing the program! The only consistency to be found in this group, is that the message is inconsistent. Oh Gibbs tries to save face, and cover the tracks of all the members, but one thing is apparent, video does not lie, and they are reaching the bottom of the balloon box.

While they send there political sheep to spread the word of the Messiah’s health care plan, they are returning to the heard sheered!! Arlen Specter the schizophrenic poster boy of politics failed at quieting the dissent at his first town hall meeting and was handily handed his lunch, not one to give up, and with an ego the size of his home state a different tact was implemented. Result? Numerous excellent video and sound bites to feast on.

The democratic leadership have called the town-hall protesters every name in the book, from AstroTurf movement and Nazis (Pelosi), to Harry Reid’s brilliance of stating the events are “staged” and “Phony” and the protesters are being coached by the republicans and are acting. “like babies for encouraging this type of behavior”.

Also telling, is that since recess started at the beginning of August, not ONE of the democratic party leaders has held a town hall meeting! In an act of sheer arrogance, Pelosi, Reid, Miller, Dodd, Waxman and the primary author of the bill Ed Markey have remained silent, choosing to ignore public debate and the voice of the people.

These elitist members of the ruling class party apparently do not care what their constituents have to say! These meetings have become so out of control, the democratic leadership choose to send in there most cogent voice, and junk yard Pit Pug

barney frank

Who better than Barney Frank to spew rhetoric, attack logic with ridicule, and expand Americas vocabulary of adjectives than the democratic parties top smoke and mirrors candidate “The Barney”. In his normal tone, Frank was far from frank, calling people kitchen tables, aliens as in “what planet do you spend most of your time on” all the while dodging valid questions, speaking at people not to them, and generally portraying his “above it all holier than thou attitude. Good job Mr. Frank, you have further added to the clarity of the subject [sic].

Clearly the bloom is off the rose, the people are seeing through the rhetoric, no longer will they accept the preachings of Obama as truth, the inconsistency of the message is amplified each and every day, and most important, the previously quite masses who ignored the rampant political dogma of the past have awakened.

pelosi reed bama

The Democrats and the Obama team can no longer assume mere words will carry the message, now they are being asked for details, and they clearly appear to be surprised by this action. Have a good vacation President Obama, when you come back maybe you will have some answers and some direction. We the people are waiting, and are on to your Chicago style promise and spend politics.

maoism and Obama

One of the most shocking accusations of the Obama administrations has been the detractors labeling of his efforts as a move toward socialism, when is fact history shows Obama’s roots and early years are more closely tied to strict Maoist beliefs. Where socialism has its base beliefs in Egalitarianism (the removal of economic inequalities), Maoism is rooted in the revolutionary struggle of the people against the exploiting classes and there state structures, in short the Proletariat (a social class devoid of wealth) overthrows the bourgeoisie (middle or merchant class). Or in Obama’s own words “spreading the wealth” which was mistaken for socialism.

Maoism, first became apparent in the United States when the Black Panther Party (for self-defense) was originated by Huey P. Newton in the mid 60’s. The tenant or ten commandments of the organization called for, Land, Bread, Housing, Education, Clothing, Justice and Peace in its “Ten Point Program” listed below.

The Ten Point Program was as follows:

1. We want power to determine the destiny of our black and oppressed communities’ education that teaches us our true history and our role in the present day society.
2. We want completely free health care for all black and oppressed people.
3. We want an immediate end to police brutality and murder of black people, other people of color, and all oppressed people inside the United States.
4. We want an immediate end to all wars of aggression.
5. We want full employment for our people.
6. We want an end to the robbery by the capitalists of our Black Community.
7. We want decent housing, fit for the shelter of human beings.
8. We want decent education for our people that exposes the true nature of this decadent American society.
9. We want freedom for all black and oppressed people now held in U. S. Federal, state, county, city and military prisons and jails. We want trials by a jury of peers for all persons charged with so-called crimes under the laws of this country.
10. We want land, bread, housing, education, clothing, justice, peace and people’s community control of modern technology.

President Obamas previous background has been basically expunged, but if one looks at the past “documented” associations of our current president it will show a who’s who of “social activism”. As brought up in the campaign and at the top of the list, Bill Ayers, who’s antiwar movement in the 60’s is legendary primarily for it violent nature, but others also appear and in no particular order, Jeff Jones, Van Jones, Carl Davidson, Mike Klonsky, and lastly Betita Martinez. I find the comments from Dr. Marable the founder of the “New Party” of which President Obama joined in 1995 most telling.

“What makes Obama different is that he has also been a community organizer. He has read left literature, including my works, and he understands what socialism is. A lot of the people working with him are, indeed, socialists with backgrounds in the Communist Party or as independent Marxists. There are a lot of people like that in Chicago who have worked with him for years”

“My argument is simple. The left must force him to carry out the agenda he promised, and that includes a national healthcare system…That is the number-three priority. The main priority is ending the war in Iraq. The second is the economic crisis. We need a robust Keynesian approach to employment and investment in infrastructure – a lot of the bridges built by the works projects administration of Franklin D Roosevelt 75 years ago need to be rebuilt and the roads are crumbling”.

Pretty clear in that the foundation for the current administration and its association with the primary social activists of the past is not the platform used to win the 2008 election. Pure Chicago politics utilizing grass roots social activism which has expanded exponentially and growing daily. With Obama as there leader, combined with the apparently endless supply of money from Soros and the assistance of the MDS, and newly ignited SDA, the message is being carefully crafted as not to alert the generally excitable public which is focused on the headlines the liberal media put’s in front of them daily as a distraction of the efforts of the “Obama Machine”

maoismweb2

This machine, is expanding via the internet utilizing web pages such as Change.org, Whitehouse.gov, mybarackoboma.com where the basic premise is to expand the message for social activism, and change. The proposed change that has become apparent is not the change President Obama stumped for in the last election, this has become obvious by the appointments of the various Czars which will be covered in another post, this is clearly not change we can believe in!!!

Obama

While the nation is preoccupied with the current health care debate Obama’s team of internet guru’s are actively fighting the war for the hearts and minds of the nations populous in ways that test the very fabric of our right to free speech. In addition and in concert with the well planned and implemented backroom activities the Democratic party is supporting the takeover of the internet by introducing the Senate bills No. 773 and 778 both part of what’s being called the Cybersecurity Act of 2009.

A very critical part to one of the bills is that the Secretary of Commerce will have at his discretion the ability to have access to all privately owned information networks deemed critical to the nation’s infrastructure “without regard to any provision of law, regulation rule or policy restricting such access”. Currently the act as with many others in the current administration allows broad non defined powers that are left wide open for interpretation. The bill is being sold as an effort to address the countries unacceptable vulnerability to massive cyber network and infrastructure.

Concert and Gulfport 030

The bills summary as put forth by John D. Rockefeller is clear in that it is vague and basically will allow the government the ability to shut down what “IT” deems a threat, read below.

Official Summary

4/1/2009–Introduced.

Cybersecurity Act of 2009 – Directs the President to establish or designate a Cybersecurity Advisory Panel to advise the President. Defines “cyber” as:
(1) any process, program, or protocol relating to the use of the Internet or an intranet, automatic data processing or transmission, or telecommunication via the Internet or an intranet; and
(2) any matter relating to, or involving the use of, computers or computer networks. Directs the Secretary of Commerce to:
(1) develop and implement a system to provide cybersecurity status and vulnerability information regarding all federal information systems and networks managed by the Department of Commerce; and
(2) provide financial assistance for the creation and support of Regional Cybersecurity Centers for small and medium sized U.S. businesses. Requires the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) to establish cybersecurity standards for all federal government, government contractor, or grantee critical infrastructure information systems and networks. Makes NIST responsible for U.S. representation in all international cybersecurity standards development. Directs the Secretary to develop or coordinate a national licensing, certification, and recertification program for cybersecurity professionals and makes it unlawful to provide certain cybersecurity services without being licensed and certified. Requires Advisory Panel approval for renewal or modification of a contract related to the operation of the Internet Assigned Numbers Authority. Requires development of a strategy to implement a secure domain name addressing system. Requires the National Science Foundation (NSF) to support specified types of research and to establish a program of grants to higher education institutions to establish cybersecurity testbeds. Amends the Cybersecurity Research and Development Act to expand the purposes of an existing program of computer and network security research grants. Requires the NSF to establish a Federal Cyber Scholarship-for-Service program. Requires NIST to establish cybersecurity competitions and challenges to recruit talented individuals for the federal information technology workforce and stimulate innovation. Requires the Department of Commerce to serve as the clearinghouse of cybersecurity threat and vulnerability information. Grants the Secretary access to all relevant data concerning such networks notwithstanding any law or policy restricting access. Directs the President to:
(1) develop and implement a comprehensive national cybersecurity strategy;
(2) on a quadrennial basis, complete a review of the cyber posture of the United States; and
(3) work with representatives of foreign governments to develop norms, organizations, and other cooperative activities for international engagement to improve cybersecurity. Requires the Director of National Intelligence and the Secretary of Commerce to submit to Congress an annual report on cybersecurity threats to and vulnerabilities of critical national information, communication, and data network infrastructure. Establishes a Secure Products and Services Acquisitions Board to review and approve high value products and services acquisition and establish validation standards for software to be acquired by the federal government.

fishing egmont 031_edited-1

The bill in it’s current state is seen as a far greater privacy intrusion that the last administrations Patriot Act, “The cybersecurity threat is real,” says Leslie Harris, president of the Center for Democracy and Technology, which obtained the draft of S.773, “but such a drastic federal intervention in private communications technology and networks could harm both security and privacy.” Similar to other Obama bills, the effort to pass the bill has been accelerated, Sen. Olympia Snowe, R-Maine, who is co-sponsoring the bill, added, “If we fail to take swift action, we, regrettably, risk a cyber-Katrina.” Detractors of the bill have boldly stated this bill is “contrary to what the Constitution promises us”.

If this bill is written into law, the government at it’s whim can access, your bank, medical, email, or whatever else the directors of the policy see as or deem items “critical infrastructure”, note the office of Cybersecurity will report to the President who will have the ultimate authority to decide as he see’s fit what criteria delegates a “critical threat” or in other words one individual will have the power to implement this policy.

This becomes ever more critical given the current conditions and heated debate over health care, if this were law, the President could shut down any internet blog sites for the ostensible reason of national security and quite his detractors, so any contrary opinion that would impede the passing of the health care bill that is being voiced via the intranet could be quashed, not unlike “marshal law for the web”.

sunset hurricane

The Obama intranet team which was formed from the Obama campaign lists a who’s who of the cyber world, the hurt feelings Czar Cass Sunstein who like Obama was a former Harvard Law professor, has been granted “chillingly broad powers states the New York Post, Sunstein believes “bloggers have been rampaging out of control and new laws need to be written to corral them”. Sunstein also states he will use the courts to implement his policy to shut down any dissent that is contrary to the “truth”. One has to ask is there only one truth, and by granting Sunstein these powers he will in fact be the top cop of the thought police! Further comments and quotes from Sunstein exhibit his lack of understanding of what the Constitution has been interpreted, and or he is of the revisionist ilk that has become the new vogue of this group of politicians. Sunstein states; “people’s beliefs are a product of social networks working as echo chambers in which false rumors spread like wildfire”, “We hardly need to imagine a world, however, in which people and institutions are being harmed by the rapid spread of damaging falsehoods via the Internet,” and lastly “whether you’re a blogger, The New York Times or a Web hosting service – you should be held responsible even for what your commenters say. It is clearly obvious to any believer in the Constitution and the First Amendment that this direction is more than a slippery slope it is an infringement on the rights of free speech.

pch2

This path becomes exceedingly incongruent when measured by the facts and data that one of the primary reasons Obama won the election was due to his structured use of the intranet as stated by Chanuka Wattegama, “Throughout the presidential campaign, the Obama team had the most complete and progressive tech policy and tech-policy team ever assembled. The policy team fashioned a document that hit every right note, starting with “Protect the Openness of the Internet: Support the principle of network neutrality to preserve the benefits of open competition on the Internet.” The policy team had many of the leaders in the field and a large advisory group from across the tech spectrum”. Now that the election is over, the current direction has been to hit the delete button on these methods of information and placing them under the control of the President himself, hardly a fair and balanced dictum.

Along with Sunstein, Obama has assembled the following alliances and hired these individuals to direct his intranet policy; Google CEO Eric Schmidt, Jon Leibowitz, as chairman of the Federal Trade Commission, Julius Genachowski picked to be the FCC chairman, Genachowski is a law-school friend of the president who had been legal counsel to an FCC, Katie Stanton, Director of Citizen Participation from Google where she was a Principal in the New Business Development team responsible for OpenSocial, Google Moderator, and various election-related initiatives and lastly Joe Rospars, a veteran of the Dean campaign and the Democratic National Committee, was hired as new-media director.

File0016

Also tasked with spreading the word of the new “Messiah” are the “Web Soldiers” of the Huffington Post, affectionately called the “Sluttiest Team on the intranet” or 23/6, who have set up an intranet “War Room” per the web page, out of this War Room these individuals were directed to; “form a rapid response internet “war room” to track and respond aggressively to online rumors that Barack Obama is unpatriotic and a Muslim. This took place during the campaign, it is important to note that three of the four individuals noted in the article range from the ages of 12 to 16 years old, with one adult who’s screen name is “BushGottaGo, they proudly show Internet Military Experience, and Battles, BushGottaGo contributers claim to fame is the following post in defense of Obama, the comment: “He should be thrown in Guantanamo for war crimes along with George ‘Adolf’ Bush and Dick ‘Goebbels’ Cheney.” Received numerous “nice ones” and six track-backs. Although this comment was made by the one supposed adult of the listed group, it shows first the organization of the internet blog wars, and second, no holds have been barred in this fight!

IMG_1177

This fight goes on while the nation sleeps, on a daily basis new policies are being tested without us knowing, this administration is hell bent on a consolidation of power under one roof, they can only be successful if the powers to be can control the voice of the nation. The use of propaganda and ridicule are becoming more apparent in that the blogging and conservative news outlets are bringing these facts to the general public. Now that the counterpoint is gaining traction the current administration is crying foul against the very methods they have been and are currently using to steer public opinion, numerous comments by Democratic leaders clearly show that what is good for the goose is not necessarily good for the gander, also obvious is the hypocrisy of these individuals. It is imperative regardless of what side your beliefs lie that you have the right to voice that opinion, given the current state of discourse it is ever more important for people to stand up for what they believe, this is the American way and the foundation of our freedom so granted us as a nation, let no person, party or policy stop you, for if they do, you are not free.

The Fourth Estate commonly know as the press and has been also labeled “The Fourth Branch of Government” wields an ungodly amount of power in the shaping of the minds of its audience. The rise of power has been a slow but steady growth to the bastardized animal we now witness at the gate. The initial storyline for this post was going to be focused on which division of the Fourth Estate put forth the most truth in an unbiased method. To my dismay and wasted hours of research, a truly unbiased source could not be found, it appears that most if not all media in a quest to garner readership pander to either a financial motive or and ideological ilk. My focus was on American media outlets, and the closest in “my” uneducated determination to offering (to steal a tag line) fair and balances source was no other than the Druge Report, that’s right the once lowly scourge of the internet now offers all views for the taking. Kudos to Matt Druge for creating first a grassroots blog basically to a full blown media outlet that has earned respect the hard way, by being first with breaking news! It is not my intent to be a cheerleader for The Druge Report, just recognize that out of all the major media outlets The Druge report lets you choose who you the individual values as unbiased.

dont think propaganda

The major players in the daily media onslaught are in no particular order, Fox New, CNN, MSNBC, NBC, CBS, FOX, AP, Reuiters, and a litany of internet, newspaper, blog and online journalism, the major issue with all these sources is that they are all fighting for the same slice of the pie, and in there quest to have that pie and eat it too, the standards of journalism are mortally tested and ignored on a minute by minute basis. The once lofty “canons of journalism” of truthfulness, accuracy, objectivity, IMPARTIALITY, fairness and public accountability are barely existent in the race for the prize, ratings and viewership. The motive you ask, advertising dollars!!! Where in times past the craft of the story negated any fear of reprisal from the editor out of fear the “angle” or the byline would alienate any financial relationship with the client, now we have a willy nilly pandering to the food source of the beast, the advertisers. So it seems like everything else in our world the dollar is the almighty factor in the equation to the “spin” of the tome.

Watching

The once stoic news reader of the past has been replaced with shock journalism, catchy tease promos, inflated tidbits of minutia that 30 years ago would be relegated to the gossip pages are now headlines. Flashy promos by local news proposing that “we are on your side” or “where you get your news first” are all created to bombard the general public with sensationalism of mostly droll material. Palatable in small doses but annoying none the less and mostly harmless. The major quest for the hearts and minds of the common man is now playing out in the political pundit arena where biased news can do major damage in the shaping of the mind and blind acceptance of any substantial truth can be life altering. This paradigm of propaganda comes at such a crucial time in the development of our collective futures, it makes total common sense to stop and reflect on this very pragmatic rhetorical question, “What is the motive”? I see individuals online, in the news media, TV, and radio spouting and regurgitating so called facts that are so biased, so far from the reality of morals and basic truth without hesitation expecting the general public to buy into there perception of truth as fact. This acceptance without reason will be the downfall of man. The old adage “don’t believe everything you read” now has to be expanded to all the sources of media we are faced with deciphering in our individual search for personal truth.

0031-INDIAN

Rampant laziness is the primary reason, we want our news in quick bites, we do not want to think, we want to be told, we don’t want to understand we want to be understood, conversations are now based on “beating” the other person with more so called facts that the opponent might have in there quiver of arrows. The two sides to any discussion is now my side and your side is stupid and uninformed, the meek are emboldened to be lions when in a ideological circle of like minded spewers of rhetoric, all this at the loss of the intellect based on contemplation. It was said the American Indian had few words in there communication to the “white man”, this is because the American Indian had a rule when they discussed serious issues, and that was they never spoke until the speaker was done. Rather than thinking of a defense to what was being said they sought to understand what was being said. I bring this up for the following reason, next time you are in a conversation with someone heated or not, don’t think what you are going to say, but try to understand what the person is saying, when they are done, never interrupt, then you say your peace. This is called contemplation and listening, a lost art that our mass media and politicians have lost site of. Our great orator currently could take a lesson from the American Indian, and stop selling and start doing.

You will see I have posted pictures between paragraphs as a way to pause and think, not about my words, but your reaction to them, time to think, then time to act.

I have been blogging now for close to five months and have noticed a change in my personality, I have become much more aggressive and hateful. Although some of this could be to the current condition of our country, and the apparent path it “appears” to be taking I think the situation is the polarization of the current parties that has me most concerned. Never have we as a nation been so divisive in our individual opinions of what is best for this country than right now!

21508-022

One only has to look at the current polls to see that the current leadership is still running a high approval rating, this fact is and has been common since the time of Dwight D. Eisenhower, the honeymoon as many call it is a time the new candidate can revel in that love/lust mode and can do no wrong. This appears to be difficult for the detractors to take, I myself fall into this group and by doing so I have lost sight and faith in the common sense of our great nation.

fight-day-005

In short our United States has been borne from a group of rabble rousing independent minded men, (sorry ladies it was the times) they realized to be free, each individual would have to fight for a unified cause. So stirring were these nation builders that most of the great adaptations of previous societies came together in full force and thus was created our Constitution. No other society has garnered as much wealth, success, or stature since the time of the creation of that document. So I say, ‘Ye have little faith” if you do not believe we will survive this current crisis that has now spread to the entire globe.

fight-day-037_edited-1-copy

I do not wish the current administration any ill will but I also expected them to live up to the platform in which they won the election. Now that the first 100 days have come and gone, I ask each of you to take the responsibility to view what has been done, passed, bastardized, and shoved down the collective throats of the American public. What is the economic focus, how are we going to pay for all this change, are we a more United States or are we a nation divided? All simple questions that should be answered outside of politics and looked at with introspection, not regurgitation of political spin masters or party lines.

Nation is inclusive a body politic, Country, not all have to agree, that is the beauty of the design, but nor should we be at each others throats. The commonality of the success we have achieved has been by our desires to excel, now with this current downturn, albeit the worst we have seen in 60 years, I see many questioning the validity of the system, and have even heard individuals speak of changing the Constitution to better serve the needs of the disenfranchised? Since when is that what our nation stood for, each man woman and child has been offered a chance, a chance of freedom to do as they see fit, no where on Earth is this opportunity greater than within these United States.

The current course of action is to make all men equal, which is where each of us starts per our group of laws, now we are choosing to legislate that right and force all people to be equal, take from the rich give to the poor and place the burden on the middle class, this is not government this is a travesty. I ask each of you that might read this group of thoughts to ask, do we care so little that we loose our voice of reason. Politics was designed to be a short term service to our country a return favor for all she has given us. and like all good systems they become dilitued. altered, and structured for the gain of the few over the many.

Politicians work for us, not us for them, the money they are spending comes from the fruits of our labors, if we are so lucky to have the ability to earn a living. It is time to clean house, reduce government, hold all accountable for the slight of hand and apathy we all have shown. Change we can believe in is, not laying down prostrate and allowing this to happen as if we have no voice. Time to become active, time to do some actual research, time to turn off CNN and Fox News, time to take responsibility for our nation, for we are the people, please do not ever loose sight of that noble group of words, our nations deserves our best, let’s all drop the party lines and find common ground for the betterment of the whole!

You need to look no further than the current political success of the Obama campaign to understand that the Internet is the new paradigm in the creation of a grassroots political campaign and political upstart.  The expansion of the tried and true channels of message delivery included for the first time, Facebook, which turned out to be one of the campaigns most successful tools in sending the Obama message to this previously untapped voting segment. Early on and crucial to the campaigns success Chris Huges, Facebooks founder offered his services by the marketing of the Obama machine via his popular social network platform. “It should come as no surprise that a Millennial co-founder of Facebook, left that company to run Barack Obama’s online campaign. Millennials are the first generation to have never known a world without the Internet, has been woven into their everyday lives. They are fluent with technology and with communicating on-line; it’s entirely natural to them”.

Since this segment of the voting public had never been organized nor galvanized to one candidate in prior elections the farming of this element was the logical choice to push the “social” agenda of the Obama campaign.  The method of reaching this segment is through what has become the standard for communication among the youth movement. It was vital that to reach this element the message was to speak to this segment in a, nonoffensive non-authorian manner, “And that is why the Obama campaign had such an informal tone, casual tone. Because the Internet is a conversational medium, the Millennial marketers of Obama’s campaign used that casual tone as well. And because that informal style fit naturally with Millennials’ general online experience, because it was the way they communicated, the campaign messages pulled them in”.

This new paradigm offered the new untapped segment the “Change” they were seeking and did so by not to cramming the same message of political dogma as used in past elections. “Name deleted, 31, a volunteer at the Obama office in Wilson, N.C., agreed. “You get the feeling that you’re becoming friends with him in that casual way,” he said. “I think everyone takes ownership of it because you feel like you know who he is.”  By using this type of campaign the Obam team received 60% of the 18-29 year old vote by communicating via the Internet in a form that is second nature to this target group.

As is now being discovered by media experts these tactics mirror Saul Alinski’s outline for the creation of a grassroots movement, but now rather than going face to face belly to belly, the process is handled in a much more efficient manner covering a much larger audience by the utilization of the online community.  This decision to use the Internet to win the hearts and minds of the youth vote dovetailed into the overall media plan to mass market the Obama message.  This previously untested style of marketing methodology along with the highly emotional reinforcement of the premise of “change” including the use of targeted “ridicule”, once again comes from the pages of “Rules for Radicals” Mr. Alinskys manifesto, “Ridicule is man’s most potent weapon. It is almost impossible to counterattack ridicule. Also, it infuriates the opposition, who then react to your advantage.”

By the continual demonizing of the past administration, strife and unrest was reinforced in the daily spin by the Obama campaign, this along with the strategy of the creation of a separation of classes further fueled the anger of what the campaign noted as the, disenfranchised.  Clear lines were formed, “are you for the same old ideas of the past, or change”.  This righteous indignation and sense of injustice was masterfully played out in the daily message to further polarize and identified the past administration as the “cause to all of our problems”.  Rarely was it ever mentioned that the democrats controlled the house as of 2004, and that having the majority, were steering policy regardless of the executive branch.  Never has perception been so wisely used to create a new reality when one did not exist.  Truth be told, the only change that has taken place to date is the switch from a free market system to one of government control and Keynesian economic structure.

Now the byproduct of the winning the “thought war” has led to a castration of the Republican party, who are currently scattering about to find a message that works.  The party is forced to react rather than implement, as noted here in one pundits observation, “Republicans reaction to all this is to immediately go on the defensive. Seldom do they unleash their pit bull orators or strategists. Rather than use the immense amount of data available to prove the conservative case, Republicans tug their forelocks, say “yes sir,” and hope the accusations and name calling will go away”.

What is apparent when one can step aside of all the rhetoric and propaganda is our Nation is in for a large expansion of government, money is being earmarked with out programs or guidelines in place, our dollar will devalue to the point of third world value, the debt being created cannot be amortized off in short order, regulations will kill small business, centralized banking is being prepped by the current administration for its implementation, more power in the executive branch is being amassed, and our liberties and constitution is being subjugated to international law.  But due to the slick message and teleprompter speeches our new President has been raised to the level of idolization by the masses.  None of this is good for “We the People”, stand up and be heard, do not take any message at face value, think for your self and decide, politics needs to give way to “the voice of the people”
